Tom has spent much of his career in the Digital and TV Industries.
What separates Tom from everyone else his ability to provide inspirational, strategic leadership and all the lessons of building some of the most successful teams and business going. Having spent over 7 years at Facebook, leading the Global Marketing Solutions business for North America, Tom developed a business built on world class talent, built on the values of the company’s greatest motto’s of “proceed and be bold”. His approach has been centered on thought leadership, trust & humility, operational excellence and strategic collaboration, with world’s biggest and best marketers. Tom was bold enough to call new game, changing the way companies thought about social platforms, people and the long term value of building lasting, authentic relationships between people and brands. Tom had a front row seat for marketing’s transformation.
Tom has spent the last 3 years the Co-Founder/Managing Director of Lift Partners. Lift Partners is an advisory company that is focused on providing Strategic Monetization & Go to Market expertise, vision & culture, leadership mentoring and growth capital. Lift Partners works directly with Founders and Venture Capital firms who see a Monetization need, with their portfolio companies.

Tom Wright is an accomplished and respected business and community leader, with extensive experience in the North American, Australian and New Zealand sports/entertainment industry that spans more than 35 years. Most recently Wright served as the UFC® Executive Vice-President and General Manager for Canada, Australia and New Zealand effectively pioneering the sport of mixed martial arts, the UFC brand and its athletes across all three countries. Prior to the UFC, Tom was Managing Director of Level 5 Strategic Brand Advisors, one of Canada’s foremost business and brand strategy firms working with many of North America’s and the world’s leading brands. Before serving four years as Commissioner for the Canadian Football League from 2002 through 2006, Wright was the President and CEO for Salomon North American, President adidas Canada LTD and President of Spalding Canada LTD. He has also been significantly involved with Special Olympics Canada as a volunteer for more than 30 years and served as the organization’s National Board Chairman. He remains active with Special Olympics to this day. Tom is a native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he lives with his wife, Ginnie, their three daughters, one granddaughter and two grandsons.
Mike Fitzsimmons is a 20 year e-commerce, media and technology executive, having served in a variety of roles for both Fortune 500 and early stage companies. He is currently the CEO and Chairman of Delivery Agent, Inc., a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce company. Delivery Agent provides end- to-end digital commerce solutions for global brands, media and entertainment companies, and owns and operates ShopTV™, the world’s first OTT TV shopping network. Under Fitzsimmons’ direction, Delivery Agent has grown from a concept to a business generating nine figure revenues with over 400 employees. Clients include media companies: NBC, CBS, Fox, and HBO; retailers: Target, Walmart and Macy’s; platforms: Samsung, LG, Sony and Roku; and social networks: YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Fitzsimmons has raised over $200M in capital from investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, Intel, Samsung, and Liberty Media, and has led five acquisitions to grow the Company.
